Direct Channels: Official WhatsApp, corporate email, or website chat. Synchronization: We use tools such as Wix Bookings and Google Calendar to ensure the accuracy of available times. 2. Free Consultations (30 minutes) The link https://agenda.metadax.com.br is exclusively for brief introductory or screening meetings. Use by Paid Clients: If a client with a current contract uses this link for project requests, METADAX reserves the right to cancel the appointment or proceed with charging for technical hours as per the contract. No-shows: There is no financial penalty for no-shows for free appointments; however, we advise that the availability of appointments may be limited at certain times of the year, and non-attendance will affect the future booking of new dates. 3. Paid Consultations and Services Appointment Booking: The consultant's or service representative's time is dedicated exclusively to the client at the time of booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Must be done at least 2 (two) hours in advance. Penalty for Lateness/No-Show: If the client is absent, reschedules, or cancels with less than 2 hours' notice, the session fee or technical hour will be charged in full, as the professional was available and reserved for that purpose. 4. General Rules Appointments: We accept appointments in 30-minute blocks, subject to availability. Confirmation: The validity of the appointment is subject to confirmation sent by METADAX systems.
