Cancellation Policy

Purchase a customized license for a custom or non-custom AI application or agent. After payment, you will receive the application link, login, and password. The license will be available under the METADAX Terms and Conditions of Use, including but not limited to the Privacy and Data Protection Policy. As long as the user has a valid payment, the license will remain active. Once the license expires or payment is not identified, METADAX reserves the right to pause or cancel access, with or without notice. After the 7-day free trial, no refunds will be given, and cancellation only prevents further charges.
